There are also places to rent in the nearby island of Panglao. Unfortunately the tourism industry is starting to bloom there, so the most places for rent are quite expensive.
Development
Panglao is undergoing a lot faster development than the main island of Bohol. There are plans to establish an international airport on the island to relieve the Tagbilaran City airport of some load. Furthermore Panglao will be a big tourist destination if the airport will become a reality.
