Where in Bohol do you want to rent? Near the ocean or overlooking? Our opinion is that if you plan to stay for a longer time, more than a couple of months. It is better to have an overlooking view rather than down on the beach.
How much to pay
How much to pay? This is depending on where and how long you plan to rent. A normal rate in and around Tagbilaran City would be around 20-30.000 PHP per month. This could rise substantially if you get seaview or other features.
Ongoing projects
A company called ByggoBo is currently developing a few apartments for rent in Baclayon, just east of Tagbilaran City. This location really has an astonishing view overlooking the landscape and ocean. Have a look at their website for some nice pictures.
